about

Forest View Stud Farm was established in the early 1990's and has advanced rapidly. It is one of Northern Ireland's top stud farms, situated in the beautiful countryside of County Tyrone, with great forestry scenery and warm hospitality. It is also the home of Robert (Proprietor), Frances, William, Stephen and Jennifer Watters.

Forest View Stud is situated beside a beautiful forestry and an old disused railway. It provides outstanding horse facilities such as high standard stables, a state of the art sand arena, newly reseeded and well sheltered land, ideal for horses.

The stud farm began with the currently longest existing stallion - Black Dandy, a Connemara stallion. Black Dandy, along with the other remaining stallions, has won numerous show prizes and has given the stud farm widespread recognition in the stud farm field.

The stud has grown rapidly over the last few years and now boasts seven top-class stallions standing at Forest View Stud. These seven selectable stallions range from a variety of breeds - Irish Sport Horse, Irish Draught, Connemara and Shetland.

Forest View Stud operates an open house policy throughout the year and is keen to extend its hospitality and warmly welcome people to the stud farm to see the facilities, stallions and other top quality stock. Anyone who has paid a visit to the stud farm has thoroughly enjoyed their visit and customers have been overly satisfied with the services. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to visit or select one of our stallions and we look forward to meeting you!
